Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information is collected through this website, why it is collected, and the choices and rights you have. It was last updated on 22 July 2026.

Who we are

VeriLinq is a trading name of Trust App Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11816574) with its registered office at 10 Ridgeway Gardens, Woking, England, GU21 4RB. Trust App Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. If you have any question about this policy or about how your information is handled, contact us at info@veri-linq.com.

What we collect and why

This is an informational website. The only personal information we ask for is what you choose to give us through the enquiry form: your name, organisation, role, email address, the sector you work in, a description of your interest or use case, and your answers to the questions about development capability and preferred next step.

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where both sides want to, to continue a commercial conversation. Our lawful basis under UK data protection law is legitimate interests, namely responding to business enquiries that you have chosen to send us. We do not add your details to marketing lists, we do not send newsletters, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.

If you email us directly rather than using the form, we handle that correspondence in the same way.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site, and some of them process limited personal information on our behalf:

  • Web3Forms processes enquiry form submissions and forwards them to our email address. Your form answers pass through their service in transit.
  • Railway hosts the website. In common with any web host, its servers may record technical logs such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which are used for security and reliability.
  • Google Fonts supplies the typeface used on this site. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which involves Google receiving your IP address.

Some of these providers operate outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy arrangements or standard contractual clauses offered by the provider.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any discussion that follows from it. We review stored correspondence at least once a year and delete information that is no longer needed. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, email us and we will do so.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@veri-linq.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles personal information, for example by adding analytics, we will update this policy and revise the date at the top of the page.
